Fair questions.
The ones we get most, answered without a press release.
A game design lab and developer community. We build games across genre boundaries, with intelligent systems as co-developers at every stage, and we share the tools, funding and credit that let independent studios build together.
No. They're made with intelligent systems in the loop. Models draft, test and critique; people set the direction, make every shipping decision and own the result. Both are in the credits.
Not publicly. Project 02 is in closed playtesting and Project 01 is close behind. Apply to playtest and you'll be in the next wave.
We pick two genres that shouldn't work together and prototype the mechanic where they meet. A roguelike with a city-builder economy. A narrative racer. The genre is the starting point, not the box.
Four ways: the Discord (opening soon), the monthly newsletter, the playtest program, or backing a build. The Community page has all four.
Credit, always. Pay when a build has a budget, with splits set per build and published with it. The Funding page explains the pool.
Yes. That's the point of the commons. Pitch a crossing in Discord or write to us. Co-development across studios is how we'd like most builds to happen.
Slowly. Roles open as builds get funded, and the Discord hears first. Contributing to a playtest or a build is the best application we know of.
The press kit has the mark, lockups and avatar in dark, light and mono. One cell of clear space, please.
Still a question?
Ask it. Good ones end up on this page.
